Fred J. Calabrese
Founder, President
Fred Calabrese is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. Starting his career in mortgage lending in 2003, Fred has since expanded his expertise to include owning, renovating, leasing, and reselling over 2,000 properties. His background in finance and business has been a foundation for his success in real estate investments.
In 2007, Fred co-founded Elite Education, Inc., a company aimed at educating the public on real estate investing through free networking events and the publication of “Today’s Real Estate Mentor.” His passion for education and helping others navigate the real estate market continues to influence his approach to business.
Currently, Fred owns and operates Mindful Sober Living, a sober living home business, as well as Red States Realty, a real estate brokerage serving Florida, South Carolina, and Colorado. Fred’s deep sense of social responsibility led him to recognize a significant need for supportive housing services. In 2024, he founded Recovery and Empowerment Assistance for Community Housing (REACH Supportive Housing), a nonprofit organization focused on providing safe, permanent housing and necessary support for individuals in need.
Fred is committed to helping individuals and families in his community access stable housing and the resources they need to thrive. His work through REACH aims to empower individuals by offering both housing and a pathway to personal and financial stability, making a lasting impact on the lives of those who need it most.
